Job Descriptions:

Your role: Sigmatech, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and coordinate warehouse operations with a focus on Army obsolescence, standard, and non-standard assets. This role involves planning, directing, managing, and reviewing logistics activities, ensuring compliance with military supply policies, and providing effective life-cycle logistics support. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in logistics systems such as GCSS-A, LMP, and DPAS, along with proficiency in RFID inventory reporting, data analysis, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Operations

  • Plan, direct, and manage all actions concerning Army obsolescence, standard, and non-standard assets.

  • Assist in providing life-cycle logistics support and guidance for procurements, Total Package Fielding, Major End Items, and Secondary End Items.

  • Execute daily system of record requirements and perform transactions to support Item Managers’ requests.

  • Extract data from various STAMIS systems to create dashboard reports for the Accountable Officer.

  • Use RFID inventory tracking to ensure accurate reporting and visibility of warehouse assets.

  • Compile and analyze production data to track material consumption, quality control, and other operational metrics.

Warehouse Management

  • Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate inventory management.

  • Implement RFID technology for inventory tracking and reporting to streamline warehouse operations.

  • Coordinate the use of warehouse space, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency.

  • Enforce compliance with safety regulations and ensure adherence to workplace standards.

  • Develop and implement processes to enforce supply policies and improve operational effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Create and manage detailed reports and dashboards using data from logistics systems and RFID technology to support decision-making.

  • Conduct trend analysis by compiling and interpreting data from logistics systems and production records.

  • Analyze mission assignments and establish program objectives to meet organizational priorities.

Team Leadership and Coordination

  • Supervise warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring alignment with operational goals.

  • Recruit, train, and develop a diverse and flexible team capable of filling multiple roles.

  • Foster a collaborative environment by coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve logistics objectives.

Strategic Planning

  • Plan and develop processes to enforce supply policy and establish priorities for the organization.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of goods and materials.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.

Required Experience:

Qualifications:Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in leadership position working in Army logistics operations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on logistics and supply chain management.

  • Proficiency in compiling and interpreting production and logistics data, including RFID-based reports.

  • Excellent leadership and multitasking abilities.

  • Knowledge of military supply chain policies and procedures.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant logistics software.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift [50] pounds and operate warehouse equipment as needed.

  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and manual labor in a warehouse setting.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
