SRE Team Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Team Leader to lead and manage our SRE team. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with a passion for both hands-on engineering and team development. In this role, you will guide a team of SREs in building and maintaining scalable, reliable, and efficient systems for our successful Sage Business Cloud product. You will be responsible for driving best practices in service reliability, performance monitoring, and incident management, while fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.

You will partner closely with operations and product engineering teams to ensure the health of our systems, optimize system reliability, and reduce downtime, while balancing the need for innovation and speed of development.
