Primary Responsibilities:

• Interacting with Business Analysts, SMEs to understand the Business Process and Business Rules

• Be able to manage concurrent development and mentor resources technically

• Handling War room like situations

• Working with On-Site tech leads and project managers

• Prototyping and rapid development techniques

• Be able to take the decisions and end to end responsibilities of the deliverables

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• 9+ years of experience with exposure on .NET

• Experience in designing the classes, Objects, business flows, User Interface and identifying different layers in MVC

• Experience in developing and managing Sessions & Workflows, repositories concept, Business and Decision Rules

• Experience in JavaScript/HTML/CSS

• DevOps:

• Working experience in CI/CD pipeline (test, build, deployment and monitoring automation)

• Experience in using automated deployment and release management tools such as XL Deploy, XL Release, TFS

• Experienced on Azure DevOps tool

• Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures

• Knowledge of prototyping and rapid development techniques

• Knowledge of Oracle, SQL and Azure Cloud

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies

• .NET knowledge, Deployment, CI/CD pipeline creation

• Healthcare background

• Proven ability to work with on-site tech leads and project managers

• Proven ability to design, development, coding, testing, and debugging skills

• Proven solid verbal and written communication skills

• Proven research oriented and learn to adopt Open Source

• Proven ability to lead the multiple small teams
