What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be accountable for delivering solutions that increase productivity across the organization’s biotechnology product and platform teams. This versatile expert will lead an Agile team that identifies and develops modern and AI-enabled tools and ways of working to that help technology staff and teams continuously improve organizational efficiency, delivery effectiveness and skills.

The Product Owner will have a deep understanding of how organizational culture affects productivity and will promote an innovation mindset across the organization, continuously release new enablers for staff, drive adoption across functions, and enable transparency and measurement toward achievement of productivity goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Partner across organizations to identify, develop and deliver solutions and initiatives that enable achievement of company productivity goals

• Establish and implement productivity Key Performance Indicators and metrics and enable measurement towards enterprise goals

• Drive and champion adoption of productivity tools, skills and ways of working

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and an innovation mindset across the organization

• Assess the current states of team and organization productivity and identify areas for improvement.

• Serve as Product Owner of Agile Productivity enablement team, including demand intake, roadmap prioritization, development and operations of solutions

• Supervisory responsibilities for staff, including mentoring and career development

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 4 years of Product Management or Product Owner experience OR

Master’s degree and 14 to 16 years of Product Management or Product Owner experience OR

Bachelor’s degree and 16 to 18 years of Product Management or Product Owner experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating and delivering Generative AI solutions and enablers

• Product Owner experience for Agile technology or technology enablement team

• Supervisor responsibilities with direct reports

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Atlassian tools experience

• Scaled Agile Framework for Teams or equivalent

• Workshop facilitation experience

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and gap/fit assessment skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams

• High degree of initiative and self-motivation.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.

• Team-oriented, with a focus on achieving team goals

• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
