Job Title – Knowledge Management Projects Senior Expert
About the Role:
The Knowledge Management Projects Expert is responsible for overseeing and managing knowledge management initiatives within the organization. This role involves managing KM projects, developing strategies for KM transfer and ensuring the effective use of knowledge resources to enhance organizational learning and performance.
What You’ll Do:
Manage KM projects: manage or support various projects where Knowledge Management team scope is to manage discovery, process capture, knowledge transfer and post go live stages of various internal and external projects.
Facilitate Knowledge Sharing: Promote knowledge sharing through the organization’s processes and systems, and conduct training sessions for staff.
Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with various departments to identify knowledge needs and capture valuable information.
Evaluate Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
Project Management: Ability to plan, deliver, execute, and oversee projects effectively.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of knowledge projects.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize information and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze data and processes to improve knowledge management practices.
Collaboration: Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in knowledge management
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs.
Knowledge Management Systems: Proficiency with tools and platforms used for managing knowledge resources.
What You'll Need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Proven experience in knowledge management, project management, or a related role.
