Microsoft Corporation Principal Software Engineer in Hyderabad, India
Azure OpenAI is one of the fastest growing Azure Services. As the number of scenarios and customer usage of Azure OpenAI increases, an efficient fabric optimizing availability and utilization of inference capacity is the key to fulfilling the fast-growing demand. In this mission, we are looking for a technical lead who will help us build scalable, highly available, distributed systems to realize ambitious Microsoft vision for AI.
Responsibilities
Build, deliver, and support high-quality distributed services to power the ML experience
Technical leadership, coaching and mentoring a team of highly skilled Software Engineers
Proactively seek new knowledge and adapt to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of platform while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale
Guide discussions for the architecture of products/solutions and create proposals for architecture by testing design hypotheses and helping to refine code plans. Provide reactions, proposed solutions, and inputs to architects

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline
10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
equivalent experience.
Preferred:
2+ years of experience building new micro-services.
4+ years of experience building large scale distributed cloud services.
