In this role, you will:
Support process improvement initiatives, reviews, researches, compiles information, tests, and evaluates process and workflow data
Prepare process requirements
Provide operational and analytical support for Process Engineers
Assist in identifying gaps and efficiency opportunities
Make recommendations based on analyses
Provide process updates with business partners, to ensure compliance with operative policies and regulations
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in financial institutions
Knowledge and understanding of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) discipline
Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) software such as iGrafx
Facilitation skills
LEAN/Six Sigma certification or Wells Fargo business process management endorsement
Strong analytical skill with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to support complex projects in a large enterprise environment
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communications skills (oral & written) with an ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and the ability to effectively manage & build relationships
Experience in current state process modeling, process re-engineering and future state workflow modeling
Strong understanding of financial controls and risk management
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and root cause analysis skills
Ability to work effectively with leadership teams and multiple stakeholders
BPMN knowledge and working experience along with other Business Process Management software and tools such as PEGA, ORACLE, TIBCO or Asana
Familiarization with Agile tools like JIRA, CA Rally
Knowledge and expertise in risk management projects
Experience with enterprise capabilities & processes
