Primary Responsibilities:

  • Study and analyze software specifications documents to develop test scenarios

  • Create test cases and test data in support of test plans

  • Understands issues & problems and takes initiative to resolve

  • Participate in walk-through, inspections, review meetings

  • Complies with the standards and processes in the test organization

  • Acquire knowledge in business domain and application workflow

  • Support Team lead in Test Planning and test analysis

  • Support and help other team members in project execution

  • Maintains a healthy relationship in team

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of experience in Automation (Selenium BDD & Appium framework experience)

  • Experience of Web services Testing (SOAP and REST) and automating those

  • Good Healthcare domain and manual testing knowledge

  • Solid Saucelabs & Mobile application testing knowledge for both Mobile and Web apps

  • Automation knowledge in Selenium, Playwright

  • Understanding of SDLC & STLC, Testing Methodologies, Test Case Development, and Defect Reporting & Tracking

  • Well versed with testing process & good understanding of Project Delivery & STLC model (QMS)

  • Expertise knowledge of HP ALM & Rally knowledge

  • Good SQL Query writing skills

  • Proficient with developer tools, such as Eclipse, QTP and Git / GitHub for developing on the Java stack

  • Proven ability to own a project and work with the team

  • Proven desire to be proactive and work towards implementing new ideas/initiatives in team to bring in efficiency & effectiveness in team

  • Proven ability to carry a positive attitude and a good team player

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain reusable, data driven / Modular automated test scripts in one or more of the following tools: Lean FT, Selenium/BDD , Playwright

  • Proven good communication skills and ability to learn new technologies
