As a Processing Operator II, you will be responsible for processing seed through three or more of the processing sub-departments: warehousing/receiving, conditioning, enhancement, treatment, and packaging/shipping. You will follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines, which requires adhering to instructions and accurately measuring seed materials necessary to fulfill the processing manufacturing orders.

During your shift as a Processing Operator II, you will

• Understand and follow all standard operating procedures and accredited procedures (NAL) in accordance with Processing Management to ensure Processing standards and global standardization are maintained.

• Follow all safety policies and procedures in accordance with corporate, local, state, and federal mandates to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Understand and perform good housekeeping practices for all assigned areas of responsibility to achieve a safe work environment.

• Pass lift truck/reach truck training and safely use these as directed to move seed or other materials.

• Demonstrate intermediate computer/MS program skills (basic usage and understanding of Excel formulas), including MOVEX and RFGEN reporting with exceptions.

• Coach and lead new and temporary employees in departmental processes.

If you...

• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Hold an Associate's Degree (preferred).

• Bring 4 years of experience in manufacturing and/or agricultural operations.

• Demonstrate proven ability to operate a forklift and/or reach truck safely and competently.
