Position Title: Project Manager, PR III

Work Location: Town

Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4x10s

Salary Grade: 22 Salary Range Min \$176,900 Mid \$226,835 Max \$276,770

Position Purpose:

The Interface Project Manager manages interfaces between Idaho Environmental Coalition and Idaho National Laboratory (INL) site contractors. Primary responsibility is to build and manage effective relationships across multiple interfaces to achieve optimum performance outcomes at the INL site. This position provides the single point leadership of the Interface Management Function.

Establish relationships and forums with INL site contractors to support seamless project execution, maximize efficiencies, and develop interface documentation including an Interface Management Plan. Engage with site stakeholders affected by project works to understand their needs and concerns, taking measures to maintain effective relationships throughout the contract period. The key purpose of this position is to facilitate the planning and delivery of interface works, ensuring all issues are clearly understood, addressed, and appropriate interventions are developed and implemented. Working with Contracts and Legal, develop, maintain, and negotiate interface agreements and documentation to support successful delivery of the Idaho Cleanup Project Mission. Produce regular reporting to senior management and other stakeholders reflecting key issues, and resolutions.

Minimum Qualification Requirements (Education/Experience):

Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent in applicable field plus 30 or more years of Project Management and leadership experience required working with complex technical and financial issues. Previous INL experience preferred. Demonstrated experience in independent program development and leadership. Prior demonstrated experience in working with diverse team to develop documented products on schedule. Experience with and strong understanding of the policy, processes, and practices involved in planning and delivering major projects with a government contracting setting. Experience in Decommissioning, Tank Farm Management, Nuclear Operations and HLW and TRU waste management.

Position Responsibilities:

Single POC for development of Interface Management Process/Program.

Organize and Attend Meetings.

Develop interface agreements with INL site contractors.

Develop Interface Management Plan.

Develop reports for Senior Management.
