Job Description

As a Busser at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe, you will assist our food service team in providing outstanding dining experiences. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of the dining area, supporting servers, and ensuring that our guests receive prompt and attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables promptly and efficiently to ensure cleanliness and readiness for new guests.

• Assist servers with food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Set up and break down dining areas for service, including setting tables and placing utensils.

• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations during and after service.

• Carry trays, bus tubs, and other supplies safely, demonstrating the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight.

• Provide quick and attentive customer service, engaging with guests when appropriate and assisting in meeting their needs.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical ability to stand for long periods, and lift, pull, and push moderate weights.

• Experience in a server assistant role or similar position in a fast-paced dining environment is preferred.

• A commitment to delivering high standards in customer service and team support.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
