How You’ll Make An Impact

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Global Senior Executive Recruiter with Project Management Expertise to lead the identification, attraction, and placement of top-tier executive talent across the organization. This role combines deep expertise in executive recruitment with strong project management capabilities to drive strategic hiring initiatives globally. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented professional with a track record of success in executive-level talent acquisition and the ability to manage complex projects that enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Executive Recruitment-

  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define executive talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.

  • Source, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates using innovative sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping.

  • Manage the end-to-end executive recruitment process, including candidate screening, assessment, interview facilitation, and offer negotiation.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of executive talent aligned with the organization’s future business goals.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarking.

Talent Acquisition Project Management-

  • Lead global recruitment projects, including process improvements, technology implementations, and diversity hiring initiatives.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of recruitment-related initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Talent Management, and Business Operations to align recruitment efforts with broader organizational goals.

  • Monitor and report on key metrics to track the success of recruitment projects and drive data-informed decisions.

Employer Branding and Candidate Experience-

  • Champion the organization's employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice for executive talent.

  • Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience, providing timely communication and feedback to candidates and stakeholders.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build and maintain a strong professional network.

Leadership and Mentorship-

  • Provide mentorship and training to junior recruiters and team members to develop their skills in executive search and project management.

  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the global recruitment team.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 7 years of talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years in executive recruitment.

  • 5 years project leadership

  • 3 years prior agency recruitment experience

  • Proven experience managing global recruitment projects with measurable outcomes.

  • Strong knowledge of executive search methodologies, assessment tools, and global talent markets.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency with recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, and data analytics tools.
