ManpowerGroup Accounts Payable Specialist in Indianapolis, Indiana
Our client in the accounting industry is seeking an Accounting AP Analyst to join their team. As an Accounting AP Analyst, you will be part of the accounting department supporting the AP team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

What's the Job?
Code and enter all AP invoices into Microsoft Solomon on a daily basis
Match invoices received to purchase order and receiving documentation
Process payment including checks, wires, ACH, and intercompany
Prepare month-end AP and consulting accruals
Identify discrepancies and determine alternative courses of action based on accounting principles
What's Needed?
2 years of experience in AP or SAP, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
An associate's degree in accounting or business
Understanding of accounting principles to identify correct accounts for accurate posting
Strict adherence to all internal controls (SOP, work instructions)
High level of customer orientation to respond to vendor inquiries regarding the status of accounts payable
