Highlights
Community Physician Network is seeking a board-certified advanced practice provider to join a well-established Colon and Rectal Care team at our Community Hospital North campus. We are seeking a highly motivated , teamwork-oriented Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, with colon and rectal experience preferred.
1.0 FTE (Day Shift) / Weekend + 1 Clinic Day per week
