Job Title: Construction Assistant Project ManagerJob Description

We are searching for a Construction Assistant Project Manager. This role will be 95% remote, with occasional travel (up to 5%) to HQ or New York as needed. Responsibilities: - Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects. - Work with subcontractors and architects to assemble and get approved Submittals, RFIs, and Change Orders. - Monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure adherence to plans. - Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports. - Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members. - Provide support in resolving issues and addressing challenges during the project lifecycle. - Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
