DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Description Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: * Installation of doors; drill and set door hardware * Installation of windows * Layout for stairs and common rafters * Read blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills and perform layout * Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls and columns * Pump, place and finish techniques * Placement of concrete, slab on grade and elevated decks * Crane signals and rigging * Effectively communicate and understand both verbal and written instructions * Ability to organize, sequence and perform assigned tasks within schedule

Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum of five years' experience in construction * Candidates must have reliable transportation * Be willing to work within a 50-mile radius * Be able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions
