This role is key to delivering exceptional service for our external events, ensuring that every detail is handled with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Coordination: Oversee external events from planning through execution, ensuring all logistics are in place.

• Customer & Vendor Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for customers and external vendors, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth operations.

• Site Visits & Logistics: Assist with site visits and tour logistics, ensuring the venue is ready for events and all details are thoroughly coordinated.

• On-Site Event Support: Provide on-site assistance for events, from setup to tear-down, ensuring flawless execution.

• Audio/Visual Support: Assist with AV setup and basic troubleshooting to ensure technical aspects run smoothly during events.

• Administrative Tasks: Handle event documentation, manage tracking systems (dietary restrictions, inventory, etc.), and ensure the team is informed of all event details.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years in food, beverage, and hospitality service industry, with a preference for supervisory experience.

• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience with event coordination, Microsoft Office Suite, and AV setup is a plus.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as required for events.

• Work Schedule: While most shifts are Monday through Friday, flexibility to work evenings and weekends for special events is required.
