Front Desk Attendant - Indianapolis, IN

On-call / substitute, working on an as-needed basis

HealthFitness is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join the team at our corporate client site located in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. In this position, you will greet, check-in and assist customers; provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

This is an on-call position working on an as-needed basis. Must be flexible and able to sub during the following business hours:

Monday - Thursday, 5:45am - 7:00pm

Friday, 5:45am - 4:00pm

What you'll need to have

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Previous customer service experience a plus.

• At least 1 year of experience working in a fitness center/gym.

• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

Compensation: $16 per hour.
