POSITION PURPOSE
Provides oversight, technical support, and end-user support of Information Technology (IT) Corporate applications utilized by Republic Associate’s and Business Units.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Serves as administrator of systems/applications including but not limited to Freshservice, SharePoint Online, Enterprise mobility management, O365 Tools as well as other assigned IT and Business Unit applications/systems
Performs functions related to configurations such as site and workflow creation, form design, and business logic/work flow
Manages relationships of vendor provided and internally developed applications/systems
Provides proactive oversight of assigned applications including production support and ensuring timely and effective communications to all interested parties:User trainingUser/role/group accessibility and privileges provisioning and maintenanceDocument and execute production installations and upgradesQuality assurance testing and user acceptance testing
Monitors applications/systems, reports and documents problems/issues, provide resolution options, and document root-cause-analysis (RCA)
Coordinates application processes and procedures with business units and IT Service Center Technicians
Assists with application controls and audits, planning future application growth with IT Teams
Define and refine standard operating procedures, best practices, and documentation.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for system administration and ITSM processes.
Participates in functional and technical functionality and solution reviews with management, developers, architects, infrastructure (IT Systems Engineering, Network, and Security) and business unit representatives
Collaborates across support team to ensure assigned IT Tickets are being worked on a daily basis and resolved in a timely manner
Tracks and manages change requests
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to perform this job.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
At least three (3) years in an IT environment
Software Configuration Management experience
SharePoint Online experience
Working knowledge and experience of Freshservice preferred
Working knowledge and experience of Enterprise Mobility Management preferred
Working knowledge and experience of O365 Tools
Experience with project environments including, JIRA, Confluence, Share Point Team Site usage preferred
PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Agile/Scrum knowledge preferred.
ITSM/ITIL certification or experience in IT Service Management frameworks
Experience with automation and scripting to improve system efficiency
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Be an excellent communicator and collaborator, engaging with multiple technical and business stakeholders and leaders.
REASONING/PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Makes decisions daily on use of resources, performance and budgets. Decisions could require additional expenditure of resources if not sound decisions.
