Description

We are seeking a skilled part-time Loan Administrator to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for handling loan-related tasks, such as processing payments, managing loan adjustments, and maintaining accurate customer records. This role is in the financial industry and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications and maintain accurate records.

• Communicate with borrowers regarding returned payments.

• Order title commitments from title companies or attorneys for loans secured with real property.

• Handle daily ACH payments processing and cater to any special requests or changes.

• Assist with loan insurance processes, including renewals, cancellations, new policies, and force-placed coverage.

• Monitor and update payment of invoices related to loans or lines of credit, including third-party reports, appraisals, insurance, and others.

• Oversee loan documentation using approved templates as a primary backup.

• Order and follow up on third-party reports, such as BPO, Appraisal, ESA Phase I.

• Manage loan advance requests efficiently.

• Prepare and manage Releases for pay offs, including existing loans to be refinanced.

Requirements

• CRM expertise is preferred

• Should be able to use About Time software effectively

• Must have experience in handling Appraisals

• Auditing skills are crucial for this role

• Must be well-versed with Closing Processes

• Should have a good understanding of Commercial Lending
