Facilities Electrician - 1st Shift
Job Description
As a Facilities Technician, you will have the responsibility to self-perform or manage repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, control, and fire, life, and safety systems to keep building systems up to applicable standards. You should have an understanding of 480VAC 3-Phase electrical power of both delta and wye configurations and 277VAC lighting circuits. At minimum, you should be able to troubleshoot basic electrical circuits, including low voltage DC up to and including 480VAC circuits. You will also be expected to maintain HVAC systems and equipment at optimum levels (e.g., cleaning, inspecting, changing parts).

Work Environment
The ideal candidate must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment. Daily interaction with teams in person, on the phone, and via email will be required in order to perform the job. The shift for this position is 1st shift, from 6:00am - 2:30pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
