Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for daily work tasks, maintenance routines, repairs, and calibrations to prolong the useful life and optimize the efficiency of production equipment. This role involves maintenance and repairs, equipment calibration, and robotic troubleshooting. Proficiency in electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance of presses for plastic injection is essential.
Responsibilities
Perform daily maintenance tasks and routines to ensure production equipment operates efficiently.
Conduct repairs and calibrations to prolong the useful life of equipment.
Troubleshoot and maintain robotic systems.
Execute electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance on plastic injection presses.
Essential Skills
Experience in injection molding.
Robot troubleshooting (Yaskawa, Yushin, Whiteland).
Understanding of Allen Bradley PLC's and HMI's.
Electrical troubleshooting up to 480v.
Pneumatic troubleshooting.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled environment in the Plastics/Medical Device Industry. The available shifts include: 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm with a 7.5% differential, and 3rd shift from 10:30pm to 7:30am with a 10% differential. Training will be conducted during the day for a month.

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $88000.00/yr.
