Job Title: Product Development Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Engineer to join our Defense Engineering team. This team supports the development and production of fully automatic transmissions and hybrid propulsion systems for medium- and heavy-duty vehicles, including tanks. The Defense Engineering team is divided into four groups: Current Products, Emerging Products, Advanced Products, and Customer Integration Engineering. Candidates will be responsible for the design, development, validation, release, and production support of transmission components and sub-systems. Collaboration with internal and external customers and suppliers is essential throughout the process.

Hard Skills

• Bachelors of Engineering (Mechanical Preferred)

• 2-3+ Years of Product Engineering Experience within Mechanical Systems (Powertrain/Transmission Preferred)

• Strong Mechanical Aptitute or Experience

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Work Environment

Will be in an office environment expected to be onsite.
