The Role
As a Product Manager at Oracle, you'll play a key role in driving Oracle’s B2B payments strategy, collaborating with various internal teams to embed innovative payment solutions within Oracle’s suite of applications. You’ll work on a range of exciting initiatives that will influence the global payments landscape, working with cross-functional teams to deliver new products, features, and experiences that align with Oracle’s mission.
You will bring your expertise to drive Oracle’s B2B payment offerings forward, with a focus on operationalizing strategy, creating product roadmaps, and facilitating adoption across multiple industries. You will work closely with product owners, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to shape product improvements, user experience, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Customer Research : Conduct in-depth research to understand market needs and customer pain points, translating those insights into innovative product features and solutions.
Product Requirements & Roadmap : Lead the creation of detailed user stories, product requirements, and strategic initiatives. Play a pivotal role in defining the product roadmap, guiding planning, and managing product releases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with UX/UI designers, product development teams, legal, compliance, sales, and other stakeholders to bring new features to life, while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Issue Resolution & User Testing : Lead efforts to investigate partner or user issues in production, collaborating with engineering for effective solutions. Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and readiness.
Metrics & Impact : Use data and metrics to measure product performance and impact on business goals, ensuring continuous improvement and scalability.
Stakeholder Engagement : Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, partners, and financial institutions, to drive the adoption and success of Oracle’s B2B payment solutions.
Industry Awareness : Stay on top of market trends, fintech innovations, and regulatory changes to ensure Oracle’s B2B payment solutions remain competitive and relevant.
Qualifications
B2B Payments Experience : 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B payments, with 3+ years in a Product Management function.
Industry Expertise : A deep understanding of embedded banking, treasury/payments functions, and experience with commercially available B2B payment solutions (e.g., Finastra, FIS) in either implementation or operations.
Exceptional Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and create executive-level presentations.
Project Management : Proven ability to manage cross-functional, large-scale projects across multiple teams and time zones, with exceptional coordination and organizational skills.
Technical Understanding : A strong technical background, including experience working with payments systems, third-party risk management, and payment solution integration.
Analytical Skills : Strong data analysis capabilities, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Education : BA/BS or MS/MBA in a related field.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
