Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 30+ production employees. The Production Supervisor will ensure that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production employees in a sheet plant environment.

• Oversee the operation of converting machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed to meet production targets.

• Ensure that all employees adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.

• Train and mentor production employees, providing guidance and support to improve performance and productivity.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to address any production issues or concerns.

• Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and employee performance.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.

• Address any employee concerns or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.

• Experience with process and continuous improvement initiatives

• Leadership development and communication skills

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Health, dental, vision, 401k. Raises once direct and they match 401k. Performance evaluations at 30-60-90 days

This is a fully remote position.
