Job Description:

This is a remote, work at home opportunity.

You will be supporting PST hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the manager and team with administrative topics

  • Support coordinating the global project team incl. supplier

  • Create and track work breakdown structure and organization

  • Create and track milestone planning and timelines incl. risk management and mitigation

  • Align and manage scope definition and scope changes

  • Support planning and tracking of the group’s funding

  • Facilitate, prepare, document, and follow up on meetings (e.g. agenda, meeting minutes, tracking tasks)

  • Create documentation, reports, presentation

  • Ensure alignment with global, internal and external partners and stakeholders

  • Continuously improve project management processes and tools

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum of a BA in a related field

Experience:

  • 5 years of technical project management MS Office, Jira, Cplace Strong background in project management incl. project management processes, methodologies, and tools Analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills Strong ability to understand technical issues

  • Strong skills in communication and team coordination across global teams (considering different cultural backgrounds) Pro-active, self-confident, self-dependent attitude

  • Ability to hit the ground running mainly supporting with managing the project, meeting minutes, Timelines, Following up on tasks, a lot of coordination work, Power points - Supplier meeting (take care of meeting min)

  • Would also prepare meetings/ take notes/ and follow up on tasks
