Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Maintenance Tech in Indianapolis, Indiana
Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly
Hourly Pay: $28-30 depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm + potential OT on weekends

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
8-10 years plant/warehouse general maintenance experience, including eletrical and mechanical repair and trouble-shooting
Has the ability to make quick, reliable decisions that represent both the customer and Ryder
Good organizational, communication, and planning skills
Vocational or Technical Certification preferred
Experience operating forklift equipment required
Equipment certification may be required
Responsibilities
Performs maintenance and trouble-shooting functions on all warehousing equipment in an independent and effective manner
Maintains and trouble-shoots plant utility systems including fire protection, water, electrical, air, and vacuum as applicable
Understands shop maintenance, parts inventory, parts ordering, and plant reporting systems
Performs routine forklift repairs
Maintains batteries and related equipment
Perfoms routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) and maintains records of repairs
If required, provides training, including aspects of safety, quality, sanitation, and efficiency of packaging/warehouse equipment, for operations associates
Additional duties as assigned, overtime as needed
