Adecco is hiring immediately a Warehouse/Forklift Associate in the Indianapolis, IN area.

As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to order processing, inventory management, equipment operation, and the assembly of kits for projects related to mechanical perimeter guarding. Additionally, this position requires proficiency in using power tools to cut wood and steel.

Job Description:

  • Operate powered industrial vehicles (PITs), including forklifts and pallet carriers, to move and transport goods within the warehouse.

  • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in shipment preparation.

  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to receive, store, and manage inventory.

  • Utilize power tools to cut wood and steel materials according to project specifications.

  • Assemble kits for mechanical perimeter guarding projects, ensuring all components are accurately included.

  • Load transport trucks

  • Lift and handle items weighing up to 49 pounds using appropriate equipment.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Proficiency in using power tools for cutting wood and steel.

• Experience in assembling kits for projects related to mechanical perimeter guarding is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• 1yr. of recent forklift experience and forklift certification.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
