Boehringer Ingelheim Organizational Change Manager in Ingelheim, Germany

The Position

Join us as an Organizational Change Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in implementing the Change Management Methodology within our Global Business Services (GBS) Strategic Projects. This position will empower you to drive and oversee the quality of Change Management activities and deliverables, working in close partnership with GBS Leadership.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • In your new role, you will be responsible for the Global Change and Communications Management within GBS Strategic Projects.

  • As an integral part of your role, you'll be responsible for the deliverables related to change management, communication, and training, providing advice to GBS Leaders, change managers, and project managers.

  • Taking the lead, you will ensure the quality and effectiveness of Change Management deliverables by actively steering and implementing the GBS Change Management Methodology.

  • Innovation will be at the heart of your contributions towards the enhancement and upkeep of the GBS Change Management Methodology, incorporating lessons learned along the way.

  • Through your work, you will promote our organizational values, fostering collaboration, teamwork, and embracing diversity and cultural differences.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in the areas of psychology, change management, economics, educational science or social science (postgraduate qualification such as MBA is an asset)

  • Several years of professional experience in organizational design, change management, communication and training management

  • Experience in project management and the ability to deliver in a complex program organization

  • Strong communication and social skills paired with a deep understanding of business change approaches on large multi-national programs

  • Practice of stakeholder management, program communications, training strategy and delivery

  • Proficiency in English is essential. Fluency in German and other languages would be a significant advantage, since the role requires a willingness to travel and work in a global environment.
