The Position
The Total Rewards Senior Manager role is an exciting opportunity to lead the compensation strategy for our global organization. This position is based in Ingelheim and involves working closely with Talent Governance and Analytics, Organizational Health, International Mobility and other group functions to ensure competitive, equitable and transparent compensation practices.
Tasks & responsibilities
As a key part of our team, you will design and implement cutting-edge compensation policies and processes that will drive our global success.
A crucial part of your role will be to analyze market trends, ensuring that our pay structures remain competitive and attractive in the long term.
You will work closely with HR and management to address compensation challenges, creating effective solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
Your role will involve leading and overseeing the administration of compensation programs. You will do this with precision and efficiency, making the most of technologies.
Upholding our high standards, you will ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Also, you will provide expert guidance and support to HR business partners and managers, empowering them to excel in their roles.
Requirements
Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource or comparable
Multi-year experience in Compensation or equivalent relevant experience with a demonstrated knowledge of processes, solutions, systems design, implementation, and monitoring
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, compatible with a global matrix environment
Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations
Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
