Aerotek Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Inglewood, California
Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Responsibilities
Configure RF power amplifier complex box build (2U, 3U, 5U) assemblies.
Perform mechanical box assembly of RF boards and RF connectors.
Work with coaxial transformers, ferrites, and all RF-related passive components.
Assemble electrical harnesses and RF coaxial cables, electrical wiring, and soldering.
Interpret wire lists, block diagrams, and rough sketches.
Conduct cable assembly operations on shielded cables, ribbon cables, and wire harnesses.
Assemble printed circuit boards, modules, chassis, and cable harnesses.
Prepare and terminate ribbon cables.
Strip, tin, and terminate wire harnesses.
Utilize soldering iron, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and power tools.
Read and understand assembly drawings, parts lists (BOM), wiring diagrams, and wiring lists.
Perform quality inspections.
Utilize Vantage MRP System and Configuration Control practices.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $45760.00/yr.
This is a permanent opportunity offering direct hire and benefits, including 401k. The role provides stability and the chance to grow within the organization.
You will work in an electronic assembly environment, utilizing various tools and technologies to complete your tasks. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions and diagrams.
