Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Responsibilities

• Configure RF power amplifier complex box build (2U, 3U, 5U) assemblies.

• Perform mechanical box assembly of RF boards and RF connectors.

• Work with coaxial transformers, ferrites, and all RF-related passive components.

• Assemble electrical harnesses and RF coaxial cables, electrical wiring, and soldering.

• Interpret wire lists, block diagrams, and rough sketches.

• Conduct cable assembly operations on shielded cables, ribbon cables, and wire harnesses.

• Assemble printed circuit boards, modules, chassis, and cable harnesses.

• Prepare and terminate ribbon cables.

• Strip, tin, and terminate wire harnesses.

• Utilize soldering iron, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and power tools.

• Read and understand assembly drawings, parts lists (BOM), wiring diagrams, and wiring lists.

• Perform quality inspections.

• Utilize Vantage MRP System and Configuration Control practices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $45760.00/yr.

This is a permanent opportunity offering direct hire and benefits, including 401k. The role provides stability and the chance to grow within the organization.
