Ionia County Commission on Aging Administrative Assistant in Ionia, Michigan

Administrative Assistants support ICCOA programs and services through a number of job functions: data entry, A/P, A/R, HR support, and by working directly with clients. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines is essential. 

Applicants must also have the demonstrated ability, by previous experience or education, to work effectively with seniors and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. The ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality and professionalism is required.

Prior experience at a social services, agency with HR or bookkeeping, or with a database program is a plus. Flexibility, a drive to help others, if you enjoy working with a team and have a desire to learn and grow, these are all traits which are a BIG plus.
