It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work remotely for three (3) or more days a week and will share a hoteling workspace when working onsite. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

Summary of the Job:

The Sr. Associate of Global Project Management for the Partner Segment is responsible for driving innovation, development, experiences, and roadmaps to support growth in our partnership/credit card space.

You will coordinate multiple stakeholders and team members with projects that impact our credit card and unsecured consumer loan business lines. Projects will be large to small and range from technical to operational. Your role will be to create and concept ideas, justify the need, engage constituents, outline what success means, drive project timelines, and ultimately be an expert to the customer experiences with the projects and capabilities that you own.

The role is a combination of project, product and relationship management and requires an individual to have an in-depth understanding of marketing, technology, customer service, and operations from both a strategy and process perspective.

This position will require travel as needed.

About This Role:

  • Lead, develop and deliver division wide projects on-time and on-budget. Working with multiple stakeholders you will be both a senior project manager and an idea/capability creator. In many cases you will continue to own the capability and continue to evaluate and enhance those capabilities.

  • Define the scope for the product initiatives in collaboration with Partnership and Technology, develop the business case validating investment, and gain acceptance of the business case across the organization.

  • Prepare project plans, product roadmaps , budget requirements / pro forma financial analysis / KPIs, data capture requirements, process control points and resources, and product launch plans.

  • Perform post implementation evaluation against business case objectives and KPIs.

  • Develop presentations, documentation and integration guides for use by the Partner Project Management Team or other stakeholders in support of project initiatives such as training material, summary product roadmaps, etc.

Key Skills:

  • Ability to inspire and gain stakeholder buy-in to accomplish product/project goals

  • Excitement and drive to create new products and experiences

  • Technical understanding of how API’s, mainframe systems, and digital experiences work

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Technology or related Technical Field

  • 5+ years’ experience in a project, product, relationship, or marketing role (product management, owner, etc.)

  • Demonstrated experience championing and implementing major changes to digital platforms

  • Ability to build and lead teams across an organization

  • Travel required (approximately up to 25% as a guideline).

Desired:

  • Transformation leader with experience and focus on agile methodologies

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $78,491.00-$129,509.00

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
