Description We are offering a contract for a Data Warehouse Analyst role in Irvine, California, with the potential for a permanent position. This role is crucial to our operations, focusing on data cabling, system conversion, and various installation tasks. As a Data Warehouse Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include processing data using CAT5 and CAT6 cables, transitioning analog phones to VoIP, and managing different types of installations.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer data applications using CAT5 and CAT6 cables.

• Manage the termination of data cables and SC connectors for Fiber.

• Oversee the transition of Analog phone systems to VoIP with precision.

• Install and troubleshoot various systems, including but not limited to AV, Fire, and Security/Access Control systems.

• Perform termination, testing, and running of fiber cables, including single mode and Multimode ones.

• Use a variety of tools for different tasks, including modular adapter, fluke toner, and punch tool.

• Accurately maintain and update customer credit records.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve them promptly.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Position Title: Data Warehouse Analyst

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field.

• Proficiency in CAT5 and CAT6 cabling systems.

• Demonstrable experience in cable installation.

• Familiarity with fiber switches, including installation, operation, and troubleshooting.

• Solid understanding of Voice over IP (VoIP) technology.

• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data from various sources.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
