Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for a large company in Irvine, CA. You will be working Monday - Friday 8-5 PM. You should have strong Field Technician experience as you will be doing white glove support. You should have experience working with Hardware, Network Knowledge, Set up of PCS and troubleshooting experience.

Skills and Requirements

• 2 Years experience doing Desktop Support

• Experience with Hardware Set up, network Knowledge, off site deskside support

• Excellent Customer Service Skills

• Experience doing Tier 2 Support onsite. null
