Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in our team based in Irvine, California. The role is within the engineering industry and will involve providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the forefront of our office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors, clients, and vendors as the first point of contact

• Efficiently manage and direct phone calls to appropriate team members

• Ensure the reception area is always clean and inviting

• Tackle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with precision

• Assist in scheduling meetings and upkeep of conference rooms

• Perform a range of administrative tasks including, but not limited to, data entry, filing, and photocopying

• Support various departments with special projects as and when required

• Utilize your skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to manage email correspondence and organize files

• Leverage your interpersonal skills to ensure excellent customer service and smooth scheduling of appointments

• Handle a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Experience with data entry tasks

• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently

• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and colleagues

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email communication and scheduling

• Mastery of Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Organizational skills, especially for managing files

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively and accurately
