Description

Robert Half Management Resources is currently seeking an Interim Senior Finance Manager with extensive experience in SAP and proficiency in the manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of financial plans, assessing financial performance, and making strategic decisions informed by financial insights.

Key responsibilities will consist of utilizing SAP software for financial management, identifying inefficiencies within financial processes, and rolling out improvement strategies. Given the focus on manufacturing, hands-on experience in this sector, including understanding the specific financial challenges and opportunities, is essential.

As a senior leader, the role will demand the management of financial teams, communication and collaboration with executive leaders, and the ability to influence key business strategies based on financial expertise. Immediate availability is required for this interim position. Candidates must demonstrate their capability to swiftly adapt, deliver results under pressure, and maintain financial stability and profitability in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's or Honours Degree in relevant field

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role

• MBA highly preferred

• Experience with SAP software

• Expertise in Financial Reporting

• Strong Budgeting / Forecasting experience

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions

• Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
