ManpowerGroup Business Analyst in Irving, Texas

Role: Business Analyst

Location: Irving, TX - 75039 (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Position type: 4.5+ months with possible extension/Conversion as FTE

Job description:

The Business Analyst is a key role in the Standards and Innovation function and a critical liaison between various users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of Generative AI use cases, POCs and Projects and other measures to gain insight and drive appropriate reporting and governance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing GenAI related use case in various stages of approval to identify patterns and adequacy of approvals and reporting.

• Manage multiple work streams for GenAI projects and proof of concepts across all lines of businesses.

• Contribute to formulation of strategies/processes for GenAI adoption

• Contribute to the development of governance processes

• Develop communication to guide, influence and convince others, including colleagues in other areas to adopt consistent processes

• Provide advice and counsel related to the process or operations, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Client, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis

• Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools

• Proven diplomatic and analytical skills

• Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Master's degree preferred
