Summary:

This position works closely with the IT development, training, and support groups to ensure successful adoption of IT solutions throughout the Company.

Reports to: Director of IT

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology Management, or related studies

· 5+ years of experience with project communication, business analysis, and training development

· Demonstrable experience in applying structured methodologies to lead change management activities

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Competency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point

This position operates in a professional office environment and is largely a sedentary role.

Essential Job Functions:

· Develop implementation strategies, rollout plans, schedules, training materials, training events, and project communications

· Coordinate resources and administer training events

· Assist with IT training, data analysis, and application support for new location start-ups, acquisitions, and software pilot programs
