You Are:
The Infrastructure Managed Services Lead is responsible for overseeing the delivery, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure services. This role ensures seamless operations, continuous improvement, and alignment with organizational goals while delivering exceptional service quality. The Infrastructure Managed Services Lead acts as the liaison between the client and Accenture, driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
The Work:
Oversee end-to-end delivery of managed infrastructure services, including servers, storage, networks, cloud platforms, and data centers.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and other performance metrics for managed services.
Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Manage the day-to-day operations of infrastructure services, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
Implement processes and tools for monitoring, managing, and optimizing infrastructure services.
Drive incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL standards.
Drive adoption of AIOps tools, GenAI solutions and implementations.
Identify opportunities to optimize infrastructure managed services through automation, process improvements, and technology upgrades.
Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, cost savings, and resource utilization.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's What You Need:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or managed services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the Health Industry
Minimum of 1 year of experience of managing third-party vendors, OEMs and service contracts.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate degree with 6 years of work experience)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
