In partnership with our client, a fast growing company in the real estate industry, we are currently hiring for an Instructional Designer for a role in Irving, Texas! If you are looking for a great working environment, with a dynamic team, this is a great temp to hire opportunity! Candidates will work 1 day per week onsite in Irving, TX, so candidates MUST be local!

salary: $40 - $43 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement cutting edge digital learnings for growing financial company.

• Partner with stakeholders and provide consultative strategies to help design innovative trainings.

• Help develop a deep understanding of the digital learning techniques, theory and tactics to develop a creative experience for employees and business leaders.

• Lead and manage projects, providing a clear timeline through all phases of the development of the material and communicate with all parties involved.
