Your specific duties will include:

• Analyzing escrow sufficiency to ensure that escrowed funds are adequate to make required payments.
• Updating tax lines in the system of record to maintain accurate records for delinquent non-escrowed loans and obtaining delinquent tax amounts in a timely manner to facilitate tax payments and prevent tax sales.
• Collaborating with the Escrow Specialist to ensure that modification plan guidelines for setting up tax lines, paying taxes, and establishing escrow accounts are followed in a timely manner and in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Manually requesting tax bills, tracking critical dates, and making payments when they are not disbursed electronically.
• Executing tax payments in batch or single processing modes by the installment due dates for the specific payee. Payment processing includes tax disbursements to avoid incurring interest or penalties.

Specific qualifications for theposition include:

• A basic understanding of loss mitigation, REO, bankruptcy, and foreclosure.
• The ability to research and comprehend state laws and regulations.
• A strong work ethic, high productivity, and acute attention to detail.
• A short learning curve to quickly assimilate new skills and tasks.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a high sense of accountability.

**Pay Rate Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
