What You'll Be Doing

• Work with the Process Optimization Manager and stakeholders.

• Establish project objectives and ensure successful completion.

• Identify and mitigate risks through continuous HR data monitoring.

• Utilize technology for predictive analytics and risk assessment.

• Monitor process effectiveness and recommend improvements.

What Are We Looking For

• 5+ years experience in HR data analytics

• Knowledge in data management, security, and compliance best practices

• Use tools like run charts, Pareto analysis, and cause & effect matrices.

• Develop and implement technical solutions for HR processes.

• Create control plans for process improvements.

• Conduct root cause analysis using methods like 5 Why’s and Fishbone Diagrams.
