Kelly Services is currently seeking for a Customer Service Representative for one of our top clients in Isabela, PR.

JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative

*WORK LOCATION: * Isabela, PR

DURATION: * *5 Months (Temporary / Contract) – Possible extension

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Kelly Services Puerto Rico is seeking on-site Customer Service Representatives (Level I) for our client in Isabela, located at 699 Industrial Avenue, Isabela PR 00662.

Salary: $13.00 per/hour

We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced CSRs (Level I) to continue to make a positive impact on our customers!

To prepare you for this endeavor, Kelly Services Puerto Rico will offer paid, comprehensive training that will provide you with the tools and resources to assist caller(s) with the highest level of service, support, and professionalism. This position is contingent upon project award and contract approval.

Candidate MUST be able to work on-site and a full-time schedule.

Monday thru Friday Hours of Operation vary from 7:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m. (subject to business needs)

Responsibilities:

Using standard call-center technology: telephones, e-mail, and web browsers

Assisting callers in finishing online applications

Responding to telephone inquiries within set time parameters

Reporting problems through an easy online system

Respond to written and telephone inquiries from claimants and third-party contacts.

Participate in other activities such as training, attending team meetings, reviews of internal and external communications.

Adhering to provided schedule and privacy rules set forth by the programs we serve.

Completing all assigned training as necessary

Filling out timesheets

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies as they apply to the various programs we service.

Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Education, Skills and Qualifications:

Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently.

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Minimum 1 year of customer service/call center experience required.

Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM.

Experience working with a PC and the Windows operating system is required.

Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times required.

Must have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks.

Ability to work as a member of a team.

All personnel will be required to undergo program update training as the program changes.

Overtime may be required

Must complete 10 days trainings session.
