Robert Half Transaction Coordinator in Iselin, New Jersey

Description

We are offering a contract for a Transaction Coordinator role in the Real Estate - Developers industry located in Iselin, New Jersey. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring efficient and high-quality support services. You will play a crucial role in managing the administrative and general real estate business practices.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and coordinate information from clients, including required documentation

• Maintain and manage databases related to clients, key contacts, and prospects

• Provide support for the Broker(s) by scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements

• Execute mass email and social media blasts in a timely manner

• Maintain general office support functions such as file management, distribution of marketing efforts, and general office maintenance

• Prepare and maintain status reports for clients

• Handle customer service related tasks including answering inbound calls, data entry, and email correspondence

• Utilize Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for various tasks

• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Requirements • Proven experience in the Real Estate industry, preferably with developers.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

• Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

• Experience with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and effectively.

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, managing communications efficiently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, and contact management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and presenting slideshows.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.
