Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in New York. If you are passionate about HVAC systems and have expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of HVAC units, we’d love to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in working with refrigeration units, chillers, condensers, package units, roof top units, and split systems. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and units

• Perform regular preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance

• Service and repair refrigeration HVAC units, chillers, condensers, package units, roof top units, and split systems

• Install and fit HVAC systems, including piping, threading, and brazing

• Perform boiler and chiller repairs as needed

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installations and repairs

• Conduct welding and other specialized tasks as required

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC installation, fitting, and repair

• Strong troubleshooting skills with HVAC systems and units

• Experience working with chillers, condensers, refrigeration units, and various HVAC systems

• Proficient in piping, threading, brazing, and welding tasks

• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC field

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Additional Skills & Certifications (Preferred but not Required)

• OSHA 30 certification

• SST 10 certification

Work Environment & Schedule

• This position involves service calls throughout New York City

• Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

• Travel to various job sites will be required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
