A Project Manager is needed for one of the world's largest power management and power generation services companies in the Issaquah, WA area. An experienced Project Manager with expertise in solar and power plant construction is needed to lead large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, safety compliance, and effective stakeholder communication.

responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, execution, and closing of construction projects.

  • Develop detailed project plans (schedules, budgets, resource allocation).

  • Manage and mentor project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and on-site personnel.

  • Monitor project budgets and costs to meet financial objectives.

  • Approve expenditures, manage change orders, and track financial performance.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Promote a culture of safety on job sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of construction processes and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

  • Familiarity with renewable energy technologies.

  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
