Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. seeks a Staff Software Engineer in Issaquah, WA. Duties: Write and review design specifications for new product features. Development of Medical device applications. Design, implement, review, test and verify Ultrasound medical applications. Participate in reviews of requirement and verification specifications. Conduct and participate in peer Software design and software code reviews to ensure product quality. Regularly update management on progress and delays encountered during development. 10% International travel. 

Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field and Eight (8) years in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. Position requires experience with the following: experience in software development in a medical device or other regulated product development industry; experience and knowledge of application programming; experience using .NET, WCF, C# and C++; experience with Object Oriented design and development: FRAMEWORK, JSON, DICOM; Agile software lifecycles and sound software engineering practices; experience in all phases of product life cycle from concept to delivery.
