A Director of Finance - CoE will lead the Finance department and associated operations such that account management, reporting, and interdepartmental and vendor relations are managed to optimise the hotels profitability.

What will I be doing?

The CoE Director of Finance is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) Finance team. This includes leading the team, driving CoE performance and managing relationships with hotel and regional stakeholders.

The CoE currently supports 16 hotels across Türkiye, plus corporate cost centres and legal entities.

Position Summary :

Leadership and management of the CoE Finance team (24 TMs)

• Managing theCoEbudget and re-charging
• ImprovingCoEprocesses and performance
• Managing relationships with hotels supported by theCoE
• Accounting support to corporate cost centres and legal entities
• Navision administration for Turkish legislation changes

Required Qualifications :

Education: BS/BA/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum Years of Experience: 8 years of progressive overall experience, including:

• Finance Centre of Excellence experience
• Team leadership
• Project management experience
• Proficiency in Turkish accounting and legislation
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent)
• Languages Required: Turkish, English
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and SharePoint with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required

Preferred Qualifications :

• Knowledge of Hilton Finance systems in Türkiye (Navision, OnQ, Birchstreet, Docuware)
