This is an Assistant Marketing Specialist position located in Jackson, MS.

 Requirements and Duties: Provides quote review/recommendations, orders and prepares loss summaries, and handles special projects for new business (RFP, proposals); Coordinates marketing of new and renewal business; Organizes submissions to carriers; Maintains carrier databases and other carrier level information such as applications, policy forms, endorsements, etc.; Processes incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email, ground and express delivery, etc.) on behalf of team; Prepares correspondence, presentations, and spreadsheets; Handles on-going projects; Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (reviews team members entries and enters and maintains complete and accurate information); Assists service team in the underwriting process by communicating and following-up with clients for additional information and/or subjectivities to ensure satisfaction of underwriting requests and timeliness of renewals; follows-up with underwriters post renewal to request finalized policy.

Qualifications: 2 Years Experience. Preferred License
